| PHOTOVOLTAICS

If you have a privately owned house with a terrace or a roof, you too can become an electricity producer!
Install photovoltaic collectors, photovoltaic panels and secure a statutory income and contact us to have our technical advisor visit you to inform you about the possibility of installing photovoltaics on your roof, or on your roof.

Net Metering

Net Metering

Self-production with energy compensation or net metering with photovoltaics, gives you the possibility to produce your own electricity, which you consume at home or in your business.

The energy produced by the photovoltaic panels is subjected to an energy offset and subtracted from that consumed, thus providing the interested party with the possibility to cover a significant part of the energy consumed while at the same time being able to use the network for indirect storage of the energy produced by his photovoltaic system.

PPC - DEDDIE offsets the electricity produced by the photovoltaic plants with the electricity consumed by the owner of the photovoltaic plant

- The individual or professional prepays their electricity for the next 20 years at a low fixed cost and does not care about the annual increases of the PPC
- The cost of electricity, including charges for its transfer, combined with the competitive supply and installation prices of photovoltaic systems, make the choice of Net Metering advantageous for the majority of households and businesses.
- It gives an incentive to meet a large part of the energy needs, including heating using electricity and gives impetus to alternative and modern forms of heating such as heat pumps thus taking a step further to wean ourselves off from the fluctuations in the price of polluting oil or natural gas.
- Consumption takes place close to production, reducing the losses observed during the transmission of electricity.
- Our country is freed from energy dependencies and cost fluctuations
- CO2 emissions are reduced
- The burden on the environment and the health of the residents of neighboring areas in fossil fuel power plants is reduced

PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANTS ON THE GROUND

OVERVIEW

For systems with power up to 500 kWp, the required steps are the certificate of exemption from Environmental Conditions Approval (EPO) which is granted by the Region (projects within organized industrial activity receptacles are exempt from this obligation), the approval of small-scale construction works by Urban Planning, the offer of connection conditions by PPC and the signing of the purchase and sale agreement with DESMIE.

For systems with power from 500 kWp to 1,000 kWp (1 MWp) the required steps are the Approval of Environmental Terms (EPO) which is granted by the Region (projects within organized industrial activity receptors are exempt from this obligation), the approval of works of small-scale construction by Urban Planning, the offer of connection conditions by PPC and the signing of the purchase and sale agreement with DESMIE.

For systems with a power greater than 1 MWp, the required steps are the issuance of a production permit by RAE and then an installation permit by the Region (which also requires EPO approval where this is required), approval of small-scale construction works by Urban Planning, offer of terms connection by PPC, signing of the purchase and sale agreement with DESMIE and finally issuance of an operating license by the Region. Especially for this last category, it is not yet clear whether the RAE will immediately consider the new applications, given the ceiling that has been set and the large number of applications that have already been submitted in the past.

The holder of a production license may, after a relevant decision of RAE, transfer his license to other natural or legal persons. On the contrary, photovoltaic plants that are exempted from a production permit, may not be transferred before the start of their operation. Exceptionally, their transfer to legal entities is permitted, as long as the share capital of the company to which the transfer is made is entirely owned by the transferring natural or legal person. Especially for photovoltaic stations installed by professional farmers, their transfer is not allowed before the lapse of five years from the start of their operation, unless it is a transfer due to hereditary succession.
